What Stillness Does
Stillness helps you practice body awareness and calm training by using on-device camera-based movement detection, levels, analytics, and progress tracking.
Stillness is a wellness and training tool. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, therapy provider, or replacement for professional care.
Health and Safety
Use Stillness in a safe environment. Stop using the app if you feel pain, dizziness, panic, distress, or any unsafe physical or emotional reaction.
If you have anxiety, trauma, a medical condition, or any concern about meditation or stillness practice, consult a qualified professional before using the app.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Stillness may offer free and paid features. Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes.

Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its systems.
- Do not use Stillness for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscription access, security controls, or technical limitations.
- Do not upload, submit, or transmit content that violates another person's rights.
Intellectual Property
Stillness, including its design, software, branding, copy, graphics, and app experience, is owned by Stillness or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Stillness at any time. We may also change these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers
Stillness is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user's needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stillness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
